Acceptance
By using the SSMG website, newsletter forms, contact forms, artist-submission forms, beat store, or related public pages, you agree to use the site lawfully and follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Official label information
This website publishes official SSMG information about the label, artists, releases, videos, news, beat licensing, and contact options. Public content may change as label plans, rosters, releases, rights, and business details change.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, submit legitimate inquiries, sign up for the newsletter, review public artist or release information, and purchase or access beat licenses when available. You may not misuse forms, scrape private data, bypass security, interfere with the site, impersonate others, submit malicious files, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Artist submissions
Submitting an artist package, private music link, biography, or social profile does not create any contract, partnership, employment, management, publishing, distribution, recording, licensing, or confidentiality relationship with SSMG. SSMG may review, decline, archive, or delete submissions at its discretion.
Beat store and digital licenses
Beat-store purchases, if available, are governed by the specific license terms selected at checkout, the versioned marketplace terms displayed during purchase, and any receipt or order terms. Digital products are delivered electronically. Do not assume rights to record, distribute, monetize, resell, transfer, register, upload, sample, or claim ownership of any beat unless the accepted license expressly grants those rights.
Payments and fulfillment
Payments are processed through approved payment providers. SSMG does not store raw payment-card numbers on this website. Orders may be reviewed, delayed, canceled, or refunded if fraud, payment failure, rights conflicts, technical problems, or misuse are detected.
Intellectual property
The SSMG name, logo, label materials, website design, written copy, artist materials, photos, artwork, videos, recordings, beats, previews, and other media are owned by SSMG, its artists, producers, licensors, or other rights holders. No license is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement or completed beat-store license.
Third-party links and embeds
The site may link to streaming platforms, social networks, payment providers, YouTube, Vimeo, Audiomack, Spotify, Apple Music, or other third-party services. SSMG is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, prices, content, or account requirements.
No guarantees
The site is provided as available. SSMG works to keep public information accurate, secure, and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, release dates, platform availability, or that every inquiry or submission will receive a response.
