Who we are
Sovereign Society Music Group (SSMG) operates this official label website, artist information hub, beat store, contact forms, newsletter signup, and artist-submission intake. This policy explains how information submitted through this site is handled.
Information we collect
We collect information visitors choose to provide, including newsletter email addresses, first names, contact-form details, booking or business inquiries, artist-submission details, private music links, social or streaming links, and messages sent to the label. Beat-store checkout may collect customer name, email, selected license, order details, and fulfillment information. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SSMG on this website.
How we use information
SSMG uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, review artist submissions, manage newsletter signups and unsubscribes, operate the beat store, deliver licensed digital files, maintain security logs, prevent spam or abuse, and improve official label communications. We do not sell visitor contact information.
Service providers
The site may use Cloudflare for hosting, database, security, and storage; Stripe for checkout; Resend for transactional email; and approved media or embed providers when content is displayed. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website, payments, email delivery, security, or media services.
Artist submissions
Artist submissions are private review materials. Submit only links and information you are authorized to share. Do not send confidential documents, unreleased master files, or material you do not have permission to provide. Submitting music or information does not create a label agreement, management agreement, distribution agreement, publishing agreement, or obligation for SSMG to respond.
Retention and security
Records are stored in protected administrator systems and are reviewed only by authorized SSMG staff or service providers supporting the site. SSMG keeps records for as long as reasonably needed for label operations, legal, security, accounting, customer-support, or rights-management purposes, then removes or archives them when no longer needed.
Your choices
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided by the site. For privacy, correction, access, or deletion requests related to information you submitted, contact sovereignsocietymg@gmail.com and include enough detail for SSMG to locate the record. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, licensing, dispute, or legal reasons.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information for a child through the website.
