Website materials
The SSMG website, label name, SSMG logo, layout, written copy, artist-profile materials, release information, photographs, artwork, graphics, videos, audio previews, beat-store materials, and other media are protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, contract, and other rights owned or controlled by SSMG, its artists, producers, licensors, or other rights holders.
Music and media
No audio, video, image, logo, cover artwork, press asset, beat, recording, composition, preview, or downloadable file may be copied, redistributed, resold, sampled, altered, uploaded, minted, trained on, commercially used, or claimed as your own unless the applicable rights holder has granted written authorization or a completed SSMG beat-store license expressly allows that use.
Beat licenses
Beat-store purchases grant only the rights stated in the exact license accepted at checkout. A preview, cart item, receipt, or public page does not transfer ownership of a beat, sound recording, composition, artwork, trademark, artist name, or label asset unless a signed written agreement clearly says otherwise.
Artist and press materials
Published artist photos, biographies, release covers, videos, and press-kit materials are provided for approved viewing and label promotion only. Do not edit, remove credits, misrepresent affiliation, or use those materials in a way that suggests endorsement, ownership, or authorization from SSMG or an artist without permission.
Copyright concerns
If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact SSMG at sovereignsocietymg@gmail.com with the page URL, a description of the work, your contact information, and enough detail for the label to review the concern. SSMG may remove, restrict, or update material while a rights issue is reviewed.
